Stone Ridge Farm was once the dairy farm of noted author Pearl S. Buck and recently a charming Bed & Breakfast. The property consists of ten acres of rolling farmland and horse pastures. A renovated 10,000 square-foot dairy barn is the heart of the Bed & Breakfast. Guests enter the soaring grand entry hall featuring exposed beams, rafters, and ladders. Two lofts overlook the entry and the adjacent dining and living areas. Past the eat-in kitchen are four en-suite bedrooms accessed from a wide hallway. The Caretaker Quarters include a bedroom, a bath, and a kitchen. Outside are several decks and a swimming pool.
There is also an Event Center and seven-stall horse barn and tack room. B&B guests were able to wander the stone paths between the buildings and discover the many mature, garden hideaways.
